MEET DEBBIE

A collaborative and results-focused Human Resources and Organizational Development Professional

Debbie is a creative, energetic and forward-thinking human resources and organizational development professional with a MA in HR Management, Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching and ACC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation.

With over 30 years’ experience, Debbie has worked as an HR leader and Organizational Development Consultant in the UK and Canada. She started her own consulting practice in 2017 and has supported numerous leaders, large and small businesses and worked across a variety of industry sectors throughout her career.

Clients have described Debbie as a trusted professional who provides strategic guidance and delivers the highest results. She is an engaging and effective facilitator who is insightful, cares deeply about her work, is compassionate but still asks the tough questions.
